Sou de Belo Horizonte e nunca soube ficar parado. Nadador máster, arquiteto de formação e, por dezenove anos, servidor da Polícia Rodoviária Federal. A estrada me ensinou a reparar nas pessoas que passam e nas histórias que elas levam junto.

A escrita veio antes de tudo isso e nunca me largou. O que era rascunho de gaveta virou letra, depois melodia, depois voz. O EONIO nasceu desse encontro entre a disciplina que a piscina e o asfalto me deram e a vontade de dizer as coisas de outro jeito.

I'm from Belo Horizonte and I've never been good at sitting still. Masters swimmer, architect by training, and for nineteen years an officer with Brazil's Federal Highway Police. The road taught me to pay attention to the people going by and the stories they carry with them.

Writing came before all of that and never let go. What used to be drafts in a drawer became lyrics, then melody, then a voice. EONIO came out of that meeting point: the discipline the pool and the asphalt gave me, and the urge to say things another way.
